(Depending on the product, the Buyer may not have this right; in such cases, the reason must be clearly stated and explained.)
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, goods may only be used for their intended purpose. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.
If the goods are improperly used, damaged, handled carelessly, or if the original packaging is lost or seriously damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the loss of value.

and send it to limbacosmeticslatvia@inbox.lv within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If the store cannot offer free return shipping, the following applies:
The Buyer covers the return shipping costs, except when the item was returned due to non-compliance with the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form.
After receiving the returned goods, the online store will promptly, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received under the Distance Contract.
The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until proof of return is provided.
If the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered by the store, the online store is not obliged to refund the additional shipping costs.
The online store is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request their return from the Buyer if the listed price was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that appears within 6 months from the date of delivery, or existed at the time of delivery, unless this assumption conflicts with the nature of the goods or the defect itself.
The Buyer must inform the Seller of any non-conformity immediately, within 2 months after discovering it, by submitting a complaint to limbacosmeticslatvia@gmail.com.
The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer.
If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request a repair or a replacement free of charge.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Seller shall refund all payments received under the Distance Contract.
The Seller must respond in writing to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
