Terms of Use:

SIA HAIRLAB RIGA, reg. no. 40203534646, address: Liesmas iela 4-37, Riga, Latvia, LV-1058, hereinafter – the online store – provides the content available on the website and supplies goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.

1. General Terms

If the consumer purchases goods/services via the website, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, etc.

2. Making Purchases

The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery will then be displayed on the screen. Make the payment to complete the order.

3. Payment Terms

The currency for settlements on the site is euro. Purchases can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

Payment methods:

  • Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
  • Estonian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Lithuanian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When using the internet bank payment method, confirm the order and click the “Return to merchant” button.

Personal data necessary for making payments are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force upon successful payment to the online store’s bank account. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to the following countries: all European countries. Purchased goods are delivered using: Omniva, DPD. All fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 10-14 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send the goods within up to 45 calendar days, informing the client accordingly.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods. (Depending on the product, the buyer may not have mandatory withdrawal rights; in such a case, the reason must be clearly stated and explained). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, goods may only be used for their intended purpose, and the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are used inappropriately or damaged, handled carelessly during use, or instructions are not followed, if the original packaging is lost or the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

limbacosmeticslatvia@inbox.lv within 14 days after receiving the goods. It is good practice to provide the customer with the opportunity to return goods free of charge. This increases trust in the online store, which helps to improve sales volumes.

The following sentence is intended for online stores that cannot offer free returns. The Buyer covers the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the goods do not correspond to the order (for example, incorrect or damaged product).

The Buyer is obliged, without delay but no later than within 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store, to return the goods to the Seller. After receiving the returned goods, the online store promptly, but no later than within 14 days, refunds all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract.

The Seller has the right to withhold payment until the goods or proof of return have been received from the Buyer. If the buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the exceeded delivery costs.

The online store is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations, or any other non-performance, arising from circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.

The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that arise within 6 months after the day of delivery to the client, or were present at the time of delivery, unless such an assumption is inconsistent with the nature of the item or defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller about the non-conformity of the goods without delay, within 2 months after its discovery, i.e., submit a complaint. The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store, writing to limbacosmeticslatvia@gmail.com.

The online store is not responsible for defects that occurred after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of the defects or exchange for new goods free of charge.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller returns to the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance Contract. The Seller provides a written response to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The online store processes only those personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.

The online store transfers personal data to the provider(s) of transport services to ensure delivery of goods.

If you have unambiguously agreed to receive our marketing messages, including news, we may contact you from time to time by sending information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your e-mail address provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The Buyer has the opportunity to opt out of marketing messages by notifying us, writing to limbacosmeticslatvia@gmail.com.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure

In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and Seller undertake to comply with the regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The parties resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be submitted for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the court of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union dispute resolution institutions.
